5. Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

Personal data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

7. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. Workspace content is deleted or anonymized within a commercially reasonable window after account closure unless we are required to retain it. Billing records held by Stripe follow Stripe's retention policy.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of suspected incidents.
