A client workspace with at least one open advisor seat, KPI dashboard, or scheduled meeting in the trailing 60 days. Archived clients do not count.
Can we exceed the client cap?
Yes. We won't throttle you mid-month - we'll surface an upgrade prompt and a one-click move to the next tier.
How do team seats work?
Each tier includes a generous baseline of advisor seats. Add marketing, ops, or analyst team members at no extra charge - we only re-tier when you cross the client thresholds.
