ADK Intel offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
New subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original order date, no questions asked. After 30 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
2. How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Company ("Stripe"), our payment provider. To request a refund:
- Contact ADK Intel support with the email used at checkout and we will process the refund on the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original card or payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5-10 business days.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Custom work and one-time setup fees
Setup fees, custom branding work, custom domain configuration, and any custom development services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (including, where applicable, EU/UK distance selling rights).
