Terms of Service

ADK Intel is software designed to support business visibility, operational analytics, forecasting workflows, KPI tracking, and strategic planning. ADK Intel is a platform - not a professional services firm.

ADK Intel does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, HR, or financial advisory services. Use of the platform does not create a fiduciary, advisory, accountant-client, attorney-client, or any other professional services relationship between you and ADK Intel.

All outputs generated by ADK Intel - including AI-assisted analysis, summaries, recommendations, models, projections, and reports - are informational and educational only. They are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

You are responsible for independently reviewing all outputs with qualified professionals before acting on them.

ADK Intel uses AI models to assist with analysis and content generation. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or otherwise unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for validation of all AI-generated content.

ADK Intel makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any platform output. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

You are responsible for: (a) ensuring uploaded information complies with your internal privacy, confidentiality, and data-sharing requirements; (b) avoiding upload of sensitive personal information, protected financial data, or confidential information that should not be processed through AI-assisted systems; (c) reviewing and validating all platform outputs; and (d) consulting qualified professionals before relying on any output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADK Intel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ADK Intel in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to disrupt or compromise the platform's security or integrity. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized probing, and scraping.

ADK Intel and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including the software, documentation, trademarks, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform within your subscribed plan. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

Our payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Company ("Stripe"). Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for orders processed through our checkout. Stripe handles secure card processing, billing, applicable sales tax / VAT calculation and collection, invoicing, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-related customer service.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund mechanics are described on our Pricing page, our Refund Policy, and Stripe's End User Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, in whole or in part, for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) security, fraud, or abuse risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

ADK Intel may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
